A trip to the zoo

I’ve been meaning to post these photos for at least a month now. James and I visited Saskatoon’s Forestry Farm Park and Zoo back in early September, and I had the photos edited not long after that. I just never seemed to get around to posting them here.

I can’t put my finger on why. I’m happy with the photos. The animals in them are cute, I generally like their composition, and, for the most part, they’re good on a technical level. They just didn’t make it over here.

Happily, though, they are now. I’m glad to give you this little peek into Saskatoon’s zoo. Sure, it’s smaller than most, but it’s still worth a visit if you’re in the area. Maybe just avoid the 10 a.m. timeslot we chose—many of the animals were sleeping at that point, so we didn’t get to see as many as we’d hoped.
