One of the plants I brought home from work has what may be the smallest pink flowers I’ve ever seen. And it’s in this adorable little flower pot shaped and painted to look like a ladybug.
All in all, it’s a really cute little plant. One of my coworkers gave it to me a year or two ago, and it’s been blooming off and on ever since. I’ve never really had the chance to photograph it, until I brought it home with me a couple of weeks ago.
Then, one evening last weekend, the sun was in just the right position for a mini photoshoot. I got a few good photos out of it, this one being my favourite. There’s something about the angle, colours, lighting, and softness of the petals that I just really like.
I’m looking forward to getting more of these sorts of photos over the next little while.
