Let’s start with a disclaimer: These tomatoes most certainly did not come from my garden. I harvested a grand total of three tomatoes just this past week. The rest grew in with black spots on the bottom, and ended up going to waste.
Instead, my sister-in-law’s family was kind enough to share these with me. A whole bag-full of beautiful, multi-sized garden tomatoes. They’re turning ripe quickly, so I’m going to have to figure out what to do with them.
Not that I’m not looking forward to that. I’m thinking pasta of some sort this week, maybe some sort of soup next week. I’ll make some sort of plan, don’t you worry.
