The cover for Somebody to Love, by Aurelia Fray, certainly lives up to the mood put across by the novel's summary. It's fun, it's cheerful, and it makes me want to get my hands on a copy of the book as soon as possible.
In a good psychological thriller, you're never quite sure who to trust. Sometimes, it's hard even to know if the main character is who you've been led to believe. Do you know what's even better, though? When the cover adds to the tension, whether it's by throwing in another level of mistrust or a new source of concern.
When I read the summary for Vanessa Morgan's Clowders, I couldn't help thinking how creepy the novel sounded.
